This fund provides an annual scholarship to a deserving scholar/athlete. The Edward Schluntz Fund was established to honor the enduring legacy of Ed Schluntz, who shaped generations of student athletes during his decades of service at Brookline High School. From his start in 1954 as a football coach and teacher to his roles as head coach and longtime athletics director, Mr. Schluntz was a beloved mentor and pillar of the BHS community. This fund celebrates his lasting impact and the deep appreciation of BHS alumni whose lives he touched both on and off the field.
