Kelly Salvatore is thrilled to join BCF as the Manager of Development and Operations. From a young age, Kelly knew that she wanted to dedicate her professional career to supporting people that are underprivileged and in most need.

After studying psychology in college and pursuing a Master in Social Work, Kelly concluded that she could best serve others by engaging her skills in operations, data and database/CRM management, systems improvement, and more to an organization whose mission it is to improve the lives of the most vulnerable.

Kelly brings education in social, racial, and economic equity and justice to this role as well as 15 years of operations, administrative, and database experience at nonprofit organizations. Kelly has lived in Brookline for over 10 years with her husband, son, and two Siberian cats, and she volunteers with the Ridley School PTO and with Brookline Mothers Out Front, a climate justice organization.
