The Brookline Community Foundation is proud to share that the 26th Annual Brookline Youth Fund Golf Tournament, hosted by The Country Club on July 31, 2025, raised more than $190,000 to support Brookline youth. With this milestone, the Brookline Youth Fund (BYF) has now surpassed $2 million raised since its founding in 1999, fueling more than 25 years of impact for young people who are underserved or at risk.
Established with an initial $500,000 gift from The Country Club following the 1999 Ryder Cup, the Brookline Youth Fund has become a cornerstone of support for youth across the community. To date, BYF has awarded more than $1.3 million in grants to over 50 local organizations, including $154,200 in 2025 to nine nonprofits providing opportunities in education, enrichment, and career development.
"The Country Club's commitment to Brookline's youth has been unwavering for more than 25 years, and we are honored to steward this fund on behalf of the community," said David Mann, BCF Board Co-President. "The Brookline Youth Fund is more than just dollars raised – it represents opportunity, equity, and hope for young people who too often face systemic barriers."
