Grant Reporting

After you have received your grant, and the funded project is completed, you are required to electronically submit to the Brookline Community Foundation a Grant Report Form. Alternatively, you may use the AGM Common Report Form. Final reports must be submitted within six weeks of grant completion.  

If your organization is applying for a grant, and received funding the prior year, a comprehensive report for this past project must be submitted with your application before your organization will be considered for additional funding.
