An equity-focused fundraiser, Caitlyn is committed to creating positive change in communities by connecting passionate people with the resources they need to make a difference. She joined BCF in 2018 as the Donor Services Manager and has since been promoted to the Associate Director of Donor Engagement. In this role, Caitlyn leads BCF’s annual and corporate giving programs, and works with donors to help support their investments in the Brookline community. Prior to joining our team, Caitlyn worked for The Samfund, where she managed appeals, peer-to-peer fundraising, and events. She is a CFRE and earned her MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, as well as a BA in History and English from Saint Michael’s College. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Caitlyn reading, traveling, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and running—she even ran the 2022 Boston Marathon.
